STAND BUILDING For stand building, shell scheme requests, rental of furniture and graphic designs, we are working together with WS-EXPO Group.

LOGISTICS
Please note packages CANNOT be sent directly to the conference venue (Finlandia hall does not accept any packages). For anything related to logistics and transport of packages, we are working together with Suomen Event Logistics.

Registration

The maximum number of extra exhibitor badges you can register on top of what is already included in your package is 2. To register industry participants, please download the registration form and send it to office@epuap.org.

EPUAP 2026 Venue and Exhibition Area

Royal Dublin Society

The exhibition will be placed in Hall 4 (Industries Hall). Hall 4 is a gorgeous Tudor building with stone walls, exposed wooden roof trusses and cream coloured pillars. It is located adjacent to the Anglesea Road entrance of the RDS and is surrounded by the green areas of the Band Lawn and Ring Two.

  • Central to Conference Activities: All catering, including coffee breaks and lunches, will be held in the exhibition area.
  • Networking Opportunities: Dedicated spaces for attendee interaction are spread throughout the exhibition area.
